Remove the NsinNabz analytics tag

Removes the tag; the edge stops inserting it with the next records sync. Answers 204 whether or not there was a tag. NsinNabz calls this when its edge install is switched off or the site leaves the account. Deleting the domain removes its tag too, and restoring the domain does not bring it back. Requires domain.settings.
