Plans
nsin offers different plans so you can pick the one that fits your website. A plan decides things like how much traffic you get and which features are available.
Where to find plans
Section titled “Where to find plans”- Open your nsin dashboard.
- Go to the Billing or Plans section.
- You’ll see the available plans and what each one includes.
How to choose a plan
Section titled “How to choose a plan”Think about:
- How much traffic your site gets. Bigger sites need bigger plans.
- Which features you need (for example, more advanced rules or protection).
- Your budget.
If you’re just starting, pick the smallest plan that covers your needs — you can upgrade any time.
Change your plan
Section titled “Change your plan”- Go to the Plans section.
- Choose the plan you want.
- Confirm the change.
Upgrades usually take effect right away. Your dashboard shows your current plan and renewal date.
Renewal & expiry reminders
Section titled “Renewal & expiry reminders”Your subscription runs for a billing period (for example, 30 days). Before it ends, nsin reminds you so a renewal never catches you by surprise.
We send you a reminder at 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before expiry — by SMS and email. To receive the SMS reminders, make sure your phone number is verified in your account settings; email reminders are sent to your account email.
You can also enable Auto-renew from wallet on the subscription so the next period is paid automatically from your wallet balance when the current one ends — no action needed as long as your wallet has enough funds.
What happens if a subscription expires
Section titled “What happens if a subscription expires”Your site keeps working — traffic is not cut off. After expiry:
- Your access to plan features drops to the free tier.
- Traffic is billed pay-as-you-go from your wallet at the standard traffic rate.
Renew (or turn on auto-renew) before the expiry date to keep your plan’s features and included traffic.
Common questions
Section titled “Common questions”Can I change plans later? Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you like.
What happens if I go over my plan’s traffic? Your dashboard will let you know. If you’re growing, upgrading to a larger plan keeps everything running smoothly.
