Nameservers
Nameservers run your domain’s DNS. To use nsin, switch to nsin’s nameservers — a one-time change.
Step 1 — Find your nsin nameservers
Section titled “Step 1 — Find your nsin nameservers”Open your nsin dashboard and choose your website. nsin shows you two nameservers — one of these pairs:
| Pair | Nameservers |
|---|---|
| 1 | th.nsin.ir and ny.nsin.ir |
| 2 | th.nsin.cloud and ny.nsin.cloud |
Which pair you get is assigned per domain. Use the exact two your dashboard shows — do not mix one from each pair.
Step 2 — Change nameservers at your domain provider
Section titled “Step 2 — Change nameservers at your domain provider”Your domain provider is where you bought your domain (for example GoDaddy or Namecheap).
- Log in to your domain provider.
- Open its Nameservers setting (sometimes DNS or Custom DNS).
- Choose custom nameservers.
- Remove the old ones and paste in nsin’s two.
- Save.
Step 3 — Wait
Section titled “Step 3 — Wait”Can take effect fast, but up to 24–48 hours. Your dashboard marks the site Active once nsin sees it. No downtime — nsin copies your existing records, so your site keeps loading the whole time.
Common questions
Section titled “Common questions”My provider only lets me add nameservers, not replace them. Use only the two from nsin. Remove any others.
Still not Active after a day? Double-check the nameservers for typos, then wait a bit more.
