LegalTerms of Service

Last updated May 20, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the nsin content delivery network ("CDN"), DNS, SSL, caching, security rules, analytics, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by nsin ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, adding a domain, or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. The Service

nsin provides edge caching, reverse proxying, DNS management (where offered), TLS certificate provisioning, traffic routing, firewall and cache rules, usage metering, and a customer control panel. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan and account status.

We may change, add, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable. Beta or preview features are provided as-is and may be withdrawn at any time.

2. Accounts and domains

Registration

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials.

Domain authorization

You may only add domains and hostnames you own or are explicitly authorized to operate. For managed DNS, you must delegate the domain to the two nameservers shown in your dashboard, or otherwise complete verification steps we require. Misconfigured or unauthorized domains may be suspended without notice.

Account status

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risk, or have overdue payment. Inactive accounts may be closed after notice where required by law.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

We may block traffic, purge cache, disable rules, or remove domains that we reasonably believe violate this section or threaten network stability. We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so for abuse prevention and compliance.

4. Your content and origin

You retain ownership of content you serve through the CDN. You grant us a limited license to store, transmit, cache, compress, and process that content solely to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for your origin servers, application security, and compliance of cached and uncached responses (including headers, cookies, and personal data). Configure TLS, cache rules, and access controls appropriately for your use case.

5. Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans, traffic usage, wallet top-ups, and renewals are billed according to prices and limits shown in the panel at the time of purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a promotion.

You are responsible for taxes applicable to your purchases. We may change pricing with notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of new prices for renewals and new purchases.

6. Service levels and disclaimers

Unless you have a separate signed SLA with us, the Service is provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, specific cache hit ratios, latency, or compatibility with every origin or client.

Maintenance, upstream outages, DNS propagation delays, certificate issuance failures, and events outside our reasonable control may affect availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when feasible.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the Service in that period or (b) one hundred US dollars (or equivalent in local currency), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

8. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service by removing domains and closing your account where the panel allows. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for material breach, abuse, or legal requirement.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (including payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) remain in effect.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to nsin's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue for disputes, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be notified via email or panel notice. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
