LegalPrivacy Policy
Last updated May 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how nsin ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our CDN platform, customer panel, APIs, and related services (the "Service"). It applies to account holders and authorized users. It does not describe third-party websites or services you connect through the CDN.
By using the Service, you acknowledge this Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf as you serve end-user traffic through the CDN, you are typically the controller and we act as a processor for that traffic data—see Section 8.
1. Information we collect
Account and profile
- Name, email address, and authentication identifiers
- Organization details, billing contacts, and support ticket messages
- Wallet balance history, invoices, payments, and subscription selections
Domains and configuration
- Domain names, DNS records, SSL certificates, cache and security rules you configure
- Origin hostnames, ports, and technical settings required to deliver traffic
Traffic, security, and operations
- Request and response metadata: IP addresses, URLs, timestamps, status codes, bytes transferred, cache hit/miss indicators, user agents, and referrer headers
- Aggregated analytics and quota usage (bandwidth, request counts, geographic breakdowns where enabled)
- Security and abuse signals (rate limits, WAF matches, error logs)
Technical and support data
- Panel usage, session tokens, device/browser type, and audit or action logs
- Correspondence with support and optional diagnostic information you provide
2. How we use information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve the CDN and control panel
- Authenticate users, enforce plan limits, and process billing
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, and detect abuse or fraud
- Communicate about service changes, security issues, and support requests
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use account email for unrelated third-party marketing without your consent.
3. Legal bases (where applicable)
Depending on your location, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the Service); legitimate interests (security, analytics, product improvement); consent where required (e.g. certain cookies or marketing); and legal obligation (tax, fraud prevention, lawful requests).
4. Retention
We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and dispute-resolution requirements.
Traffic and access logs are retained for periods aligned with your plan, operational needs, and storage limits—often on a rolling basis (for example days to months). Aggregated statistics may be kept longer in de-identified form.
You may request deletion of account data subject to exceptions (ongoing billing, legal hold, backup cycles).
5. Sharing and subprocessors
We may share information with:
- Infrastructure and hosting providers that operate edge nodes, databases, and object storage
- Payment processors for wallet top-ups and invoicing
- Email or notification providers for account and security messages
- Professional advisers or authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety
Subprocessors are bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations appropriate to their role. A list may be provided on request.
6. International transfers
CDN traffic is processed globally at edge locations near end users. Account data may be stored in specific regions but can be accessed by authorized personnel and systems for support and operations. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
7. Security
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you are responsible for strong passwords and protecting API keys and origin credentials.
8. Your end users and the CDN
When visitors access sites you accelerate through nsin, their data may pass through our network. You are responsible for:
- Providing lawful privacy notices to your visitors
- Obtaining consents where required (cookies, analytics, personal data)
- Configuring caching and headers so sensitive data is not stored inappropriately at the edge
- Honoring data subject requests for data you control as controller
We process such traffic data under your instructions as reflected in your configuration and these terms, and only to deliver and secure the Service.
9. Your rights
Depending on applicable law (including GDPR-style regimes), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise rights, contactsupport@nsin.ir. We may verify your identity before responding.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
The customer panel uses cookies and local storage for authentication, preferences, and security (e.g. session tokens). We do not use third-party advertising cookies in the panel. Traffic through the CDN may involve cookies set by your origin; you control cache behavior for those responses.
11. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe we have done so inadvertently.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy by posting a new version with an updated date. Material changes may be communicated via email or panel notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acknowledgment.
